We offer private General Practice appointments, for all general medical problems. We offer 2 types of appointments. The 20 minute appointment is suitable for simple medical problems such as coughs, rashes and minor illnesses. It is also suitable for follow up appointments.

The 40 minute appointment is more suitable for complex medical problems, and we also use this for initial consultations for patients with a complex medical history.

Private General Practice allows for more time, allowing for a more in-depth history. We can also offer a more personalised service, as you can see the same doctor. This enables better continuity of care. We have access to the full range of blood tests and also full access to any diagnostic investigation such as X-ray, ultrasound scan or CT scanning.

If a referral is necessary, we can refer to either the private sector or to a NHS consultant. All consultations are confidential, and so no information is passed on to your GP without permission. We can provide a short report to give to your GP, if this is needed.
