The Carfax Dental Practice has been established for over 30 years. Following on form our dental success we decided in 2006 to expand the range of services that we offer.
We have brought together a wide range of Health Practitioners in order to treat many common health complaints.
Our aim is to provide care for the whole person from head to toe. All our clinicians have broad experience and a good understanding of each clinical field.

Nick Emens B.Sc.(Hons), B.Sc. OST, BMAS
Nick trained for 5 years at the British School of Osteopathy in London after achieving a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Sciences from Birmingham University. Nick's main interests are in Sports injuries, and in the development of optimal health through individually tailored treatment, using Acupuncture and Osteopathy.
Nick is the only NHS OSTEOPATH in Horsham, and has considerable experience from working in an Integrated Service in the NHS, alongside GP's, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals. As a primary care practitioner, Nick is highly trained to be able to recognise serious illness, and can advise on the appropriate care pathway.
Nick uses Osteopathy and Acupuncture, and commonly treats the following;
Back pain, sciatic pain, disc injuries. Headaches (migraine),
Joint pains, muscle pain, Sports injury, Pregnancy problems, Whiplash.

Remedial massage works deep into the muscle tissue to stretch and loosen tight or knotted fibres.
A muscle may become tight and tense through excessive or repeated use, through stress or after injury.
Remedial massage can help relieve muscular aches and joint problems, release muscle spasms, relieve headaches and neck pain, break down scar tissue, relieve pressure on joints caused by osteoarthritis, assist in rehabilitation of sprained and strained muscles. |

David has been in practice for over 16 years and is experienced in treating a wide range of foot related problems using modern equipment and the latest techniques.
David is happy to treat and advise patients of all ages in order to improve and maintain their mobility.
Treatments areas include:
Nails - trimming, thinning, painful or in-growing nails treated urgently for immediate relief.
Skin - painless removal of corns and calluses.
Infections - verrucae, septic conditions and fungal infections (athlete’s foot)
Biomechanics - detailed analysis of gait and foot function.
Orthotics - devices to correct foot dysfunction.
Diabetes - regular diabetic foot screening and monitoring

Zulay Cederberg BSc (Hons) MNIMH MCPP MAR
Zulay Cederberg received her qualification as a Medical Herbalist on the completion of a 3 years degree course at the University of Westminster. She is also a qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist.
Herbal Medicine is the use of Medicinal plant remedies in the treatment of disease and as preventative medicine to maintain health and well being. It aims to be holistic and treat the whole person, not just the symptoms - and also to encourage the body to heal itself.
Herbal Medicine can treat a wide range of both acute and chronic conditions such as:
Babies & Children’s ailments, allergies, eczema and other skin conditions, female complaints, problems involving the heart and circulation and much more…
